10 hours and up
Monthly home cleans (Household & Hybrid)
One standard clean at 10 hours. Two standard cleans at 12 hours. One deep clean and one standard clean at 18 to 24 hours. Weekly cleans at 48 hours, one of them a deep clean. Cleans never come out of your hours.
12 hours and up
Hour rollover
Up to 2 unused hours carry into the next month, so a quiet month isn't a lost one.
Plan-rate extra hours
Need more time? Extra hours bill at your plan's lower hourly rate.
24 hours and up
Quarterly reset
One reset each quarter, up to 3 hours, on top of your plan hours. Household and Hybrid: a closet switch, pantry refresh, or holiday setup. Business: an inbox, file, or workspace tidy-up.

Good to know
- Household plan hours go to household support, Business plan hours to business support, and Hybrid plan hours flex between home and business each month.
- Home cleans (Household and Hybrid plans) are plan benefits and do not come out of retainer hours.
- Free meeting time covers up to 30 minutes monthly, 15 minutes mid-month, and 45 minutes quarterly.
- Rollover applies to plans of 12 hours and up: up to 2 unused hours, for one month. All other unused hours expire.
- Extra hours are approved by you first and billed in 30-minute increments. Plans under 12 hours bill extra time at the standard hourly rate.
- Same-day response applies to requests sent during business hours.
- Vendors are independent businesses and are paid directly by you.
- Seasonal and quarterly business resets do not include supplies and do not carry over.
- Custom plans are available for ongoing executive or estate-level support.
